Holiday Eating: "Magic Relief"
from Jana Mitcham
December 5, 2005
Holiday eating is like a "pass to cheat" for most people ? an excuse to throw caution to the wind. As if by magic those extra calories or harmful carbohydrates will somehow be neutralized.
We stop short of magic; but can offer some help for those of you who want to minimize the damage and help your body at least cope magnificently with the forthcoming attack. Your first line of defense should be Super Vi-Gest (1-3 before the meal, only you know what extent of damage you intend to do). Super Vi-Gest helps your body breakdown the carbohydrates (sugars), fats and proteins to combat that sluggish, gassy, "brain fogged" condition that accompanies overeating.
Your body will be calling on all its enzyme reserves to combat this "challenge" so it might not be a bad idea to boost your systemic enzymes by taking 1 Revitalgen an hour before your big meal and an hour after. Healthy enzyme reserves are essential to immune health. You want to maintain a healthy immune system during the holiday season which, coincidentally (or not) is cold and flu season!
Another important factor in holiday eating is the tendency to overeat sugary foods ? dismissing the obvious reasons why this is not good for you there is a definite health factor involved which you might not be aware of that directly impacts the health of your colon (which is critical to immune function.) Too much sugar in the colon leads to the overgrowth of harmful bacteria (like yeast) that can lead to immune challenges and unhealthy conditions. This can be addressed by increasing your intake of good bacteria (Probiotic) to overcome the bad bacteria. Take Probiotic as directed during this holiday season.
From now until the end of the month, when you purchase one Enzyme Tri-Pack (2 Revitalgen, 2 Super Vi-gest and 2 Probiotic) you'll receive 2 FREE Super Vi-Gest!
