Trying To Get Pregnant?
from Jana Mitcham

In this day and age of high stress living, environmentally toxic surroundings and "nutritionally challenged diets", more and more couples are finding it increasingly difficult to get pregnant. While nutrition cannot be called "the answer" to this concern, it shouldn't be ignored. Neither can these nutritional guidelines be considered a diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of any disease condition.
It is a good idea for both "Mom" and "Dad" to be as nutritionally balanced as possible before considering parenthood—it will help support your dietary needs while "trying" and build your nutritional reserves during the "trying times" ahead!
So, just how do mom and dad fortify themselves nutritionally?
First, they should consider giving the body time to build it's nutritional reserves before beginning the "exhaustive" process of "trying". I am not saying to abstain, I am just saying don't try to get pregnant during this time—give the body some "build-up time." I would suggest 45-60 days.
Now the nutritional guidelines:
Dad (think positively): VitaOne, Coral Calcium 2 2x a day—if having prostate concerns, reduce to 1 3x), Omega III (1 3x); C-Crystals (1/2 tsp 3x), Limu Plus(combine 1 oz with 1 oz of Aloe Vera and 3 oz of mixed Vita Enhanced Water) and VitaMen (1 2x). Use six to eight 8 oz glasses of mixed Vita Enhanced Water a day. Be sure to take it 3 hrs before/after any medications due to its surfactant properties, or tell your doctor you are using a surfactant and ask if they will work with you on possibly "adjusting" medication levels that you take with a surfactant.
Mom (think positively): VitaOne, Coral Calcium (2 2x), Omega III(1 3x), C-Crystals (1/4 tsp 3x—yes it is different than for dad), Limu Plus(same as dad), VitaWoman (1 2x—when you start trying, do for a minimum of 45 days) and Vita Enhanced Water (same as dad).
If Mom becomes pregnant:
Dad can discontinue C-Crystals and VitaMen (unless individual health needs), the rest of the regimen are just good nutritional guidelines, continue as desired.
Mom should switch to the Prenatal/Nursing Regimen: Primalux (1 3x), Coral Calcium (2 3x), Omega III (1 3x)—if mom has health concerns during pregnancy, consider C-Crystals and Garlic.
